What are we looking for? • Bachelor s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 3 to 5 years of experience in a data-driven environment, with a strong background in SQL, web analytics methodologies, business analysis, and data visualization • Mastery of SQL and advanced querying skills • 1 to 3 years of experience in web analytics methodologies • 2 to 5 years of business analysis experience in large companies with multiple functions/business units • 2 years of experience in the data visualization domain and dashboard development using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, or other analytical clients • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools for efficient data extraction and transformation • Experience with Cloud Technologies and marketing technology platforms • Proven ability in data analysis and a track record of delivering actionable insights
Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop a deep understanding of data modeling, data structures, and pipelines to support efficient data analysis and reporting • Maintain and update documentation on internal websites, ensuring that data processes and methodologies are clearly outlined • Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with other teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on data requirements and outputs • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts, workflows, and dashboards to support data analysis and visualization • Create and manage dashboards and reports using Looker and other data visualization tools, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and updated in a timely manner • Address and resolve data quality, integration, or pipeline failures through effective troubleshooting and collaboration with data governance teams • Conduct advanced SQL queries and statistical analysis to derive insights from complex datasets, supporting hypothesis testing and data-driven decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, incorporate feedback into dashboard designs, and ensure the seamless updating of dashboards and reports • Build and deliver regular reports to provide key insights and performance metrics, aiding informed decision-making processes • Execute ad-hoc data pulls and perform in-depth analysis to support business inquiries and special projects, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement • Implement data quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of reporting outputs • Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and report specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing, contributing to the development of documentation standards and guidelines
