Sr. SAP Technical Integration & Workflow Expert
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Integration and Workflow Expert to lead SAP MyPolice application development and integration, as well as deployment, monitoring and technical support for Fiori, SAP PO, BW and SRM. This role is embedded within the ICT Corporate Products Team and is responsible for managing both BAU and strategic initiatives through to mid-2026. The successful candidate will bring deep SAP technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a delivery mindset aligned with Accenture’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
BAU Activities:
Daily monitoring of SAP PO interface queue and errors.
Logging of tickets in Service Now for HR/WFM/Payroll to fix data issues from the interface
Application of SAP OSS notes
Investigation of issues that would require ABAP debugging
ABAP work between FI and HR
Investigation of issues pertaining to workflow approvals)
Support project for PO activities and investigations
Technical Support for SRM and ECC issues
Technical Support for BW issues
Strategic Workstreams (through June 2026):
Body Armour Systems (BAS) interface development and testing
Fiori MyOvertime application deployment
Alternative option for MyOvertime Application in MyPolice
Aspect [Comms Centre Workforce Management] interfaces with MyPolice, scoping, redesign of interfaces, development and implementation
Intention to Leave integration to Leaving Police form
SF LMS integration of trainings booked to SAP ECC Attendance

Required Skills & Experience:
Core Capability:
Excellent HCM business knowledge gained through previous roles with an operational HCM/HR background.
A strong SAP ABAP development experience specifically for workflow, HR Process and Forms and enhancements for SAP HR.
A good understand of SAP FI/CO is also needed.
Strong SAP PO technical experience.
Leadership:
Excellent communication skills and a strong stakeholder management mindset
Lead systems design, solutions delivery, and integration activities to implement, develop and enhance SAP applications
Demonstrate accountability and ownership for supported application(s). Proactively propose and implement process improvements where efficiencies and bugs are identified and ensure the SAP application is reliable, maintainable and serviceable.
Proactively identify enhancement requirements and design capability
Provide or oversee complex technical support, advice, administration and maintenance to resolve applications and systems problems whilst minimising risks and disruptions
Provide specialist knowledge and technical guidance on SAP systems and applications
Facilitate the implementation, enhancement and support of SAP modules to enhance SAP business functionality and overall performance
Lead complex enterprise application issues though a problem management process to a work around solution
Provide advice and recommendations to the business and projects on applications software and enhancements for new or changed business requirements
