About the role

 

We are looking for a client-facing Salesforce Consultant to provide technical account management and support for a defined set of customers, as well as being responsible for managing customer satisfaction. You will build effective working relationships and trust with the client and act as the link to the rest of the support team.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and provide post implementation technical assistance
  • Triage, troubleshoot and reproduce Customer issues through to resolution
  • Provide workarounds or escalate problems that cannot be resolved or require external involvement
  • Daily administration and configuration of Salesforce and 3rd party applications
  • Create and document application requirements for enhancements and work with developers where required
  • Perform knowledge transfer to upskill client system administrators

About you

 

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of Customer facing work experience
  • Sound knowledge of Salesforce including previously implementation experience and certification
  • Ability to perform several of the following Salesforce tasks:
    • Gathering business requirements
    • Sandbox refresh management
    • Production Deployment
    • Dataloading or Datacleansing
    • Design, build, and test custom objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, formulas and workflow rules
    • Manage user profiles, sharing rules and security, also setup and maintain delegated administration for partner community users
  • End to end knowledge of the SFDC life cycle.
  • Any experience with JavaScript, HTML, Apple IOS or Android will be advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good analytical and triage/problem solving skills
  • Enthusiastic about delivering value for client and positive can-do attitude.
  • Effective decision-making skills
