Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
Responsible for a medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or shares the responsibility for a large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
Screen applications and select candidates
Facilitate and Conduct interviews
Organise and facilitate assessment days
Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities
Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy
Responsible for contract management and post offer management
Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
Administer referral process of applicants
Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership and the business stakeholders
Update and utilise recruiting databases and tools
Review recruit files for completeness
Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions
Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team
May supervise small -sized team of recruiting operations and delegate work appropriately
Responsible for career development of any team members (training, supervision, evaluation, promotion recommendations)
Cooperation and Communication:
Serve as point of contact for stakeholder group (e.g. Operating Group, Capability Group, Client Group, Geography Leadership)
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholder group
Communicate recruiting strategy, policies and procedures to team
Deliver key marketing messages to recruiting team to ensure selling messages are integrated into the recruiting process
Cooperate with Recruiting Team, HR and Sourcing team regarding candidates
Reports to: Experienced Hire Recruiting Lead
Supervises: May supervise Recruiters and/or Recruiting Operations Assistants
External Relationships: Channels/Sources (Universities, Search Firms, Internet Job Boards, Accenture Alumni, etc.), Recruiting and/or HR Organizations
Education: Undergraduate degree preferred
Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience
Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organisational structure
Very good understanding of Accenture's position in the marketplace
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures including creative Sourcing strategy and Social Media
Strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and organisation and tools
Very strong understanding of recruiting profiles
Understanding of selling messages for each organization
Strong interviewing skills
Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plan
Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis
Good understanding of the external marketplace/trends
Data analysis experience
