During your first 1 to 3 years at Accenture, you’ll be exposed to roles and opportunities that affect the way Australians live, work, play, protect and grow. Use these opportunities to develop your career by learning the business, building relationships, trying new things and find initiatives that have meaning for you.
You will also receive ongoing career coaching from Career Counsellors and Project Supervisors. Once you put in the ground work, the direction you take is dependent on your willingness to step out of your comfort zone to carve the future you desire.

Successful candidates will be invited to attend this assessment event. The event includes an interactive session with group & individual activities, case studies and problem solving. As well as a closing interview with an Accenture leader and an opportunity to network with current graduates and leadership.
