Bjørn Tore Holte is a managing director for Accenture’s Health and Public Service practice in Norway. He is one of the country’s leading experts and strategic advisors in project management, strategic ICT planning and architecture and solution specification in the public sector.
With more than 30 years of experience in strategy development, investigation and analysis, project management, management of development projects and solution architecture, and solution design, Bjørn Tore has wide and deep experience with public-sector ICT projects. He can showcase unique experiences from major public-sector restructuring projects, like those for NAV (the Norwegian Labor and Welfare Administration) and the Norwegian Armed Forces. He has held key positions in major Norwegian government ICT reforms and modernization programs, like those for child contribution, pensions and disability benefits. Bjørn Tore has also contributed to several human services projects internationally, including restructuring collection systems for the Danish government.
Bjørn Tore is an IT, Finance and Economics graduate of Hedmark and Østfold University College and NKS, and has previously lead Accenture’s Health and Public Service practice in Denmark. He lives in Fredrikstad in Norway, south of Oslo.
