Change Management & Business Transformation Consultant / Manager
About Talent & Organization- team
As a Talent & Organization professional, you’ll be situated within our Strategy & Consulting practice. We engage in some of the most interesting and challenging projects related to Change Management in the Nordics. We partner up with our clients to help them transform their businesses through the power of technology and the scale of our capabilities.
Working within Talent & Organization, we help our clients in areas such as:
- Vision and strategy; developing change narratives and measurement
- Leadership alignment and change management leadership
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- Communication, training & upskilling
- Benefits realization
- Cultural change & development
- HR technology roadmap to digitally enable HR service through data, technology, and AI
- Leveraging Gen AI to reinvent the future workforce
In addition, you will work with building and managing client relationships and business development. Together with the team you will identify and pursue new business opportunities and build a pipeline of relevant client work.
- Work alongside our clients to define and realize project goals.
- Conduct client interviews and facilitate workshops: present analysis findings and recommendations to client leadership.
- Position yourself as a subject matter expert within change management internally at Accenture and externally.
- Coach and mentor junior team members in the team
About you:
You’re a experienced consultant / consulting manager with knowledge across strategy and management consulting engagements at a reputable firm serving large-scale clients. Across the course of your engagements, you have come to realize that all possibilities, opportunities and strategies are fully contingent on the people & organization agenda for success.
You feel highly motivated to own the data-orientated future of talent, leadership, culture & organization together with our clients, and you have the ability to craft, sell and deliver programs.
Skill Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of experience working with clients within change management & future of HR and organisational transformations topics (for manager level we require 6+ years of relevant experience)
- Previous consulting experience is very highly valued
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian
Furthermore we highly value if you,
- In your area(s) of skills and experience, you demonstrate leading practices from your delivery experience; bring in tools, frameworks and new ways of working for client value creation
- Are used to collaborating with various project teams (both functional and technical), bringing the talent, organizational change and human potential aspect
- Have worked in multi-national environments and with end-users / employees of all different types of backgrounds, such as finance, manufacturing, shop floor and executive levels
