How do you know this could be the role for you?
As the Bid Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the bid process for large, strategic deals. You will work closely with internal teams across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and solution architects to ensure bids meet client needs, are aligned with the win strategy, and are submitted on time. Your responsibilities will also include managing the bid team, handling risk and issue management, and driving the approval process. You will act as a key point of contact throughout the lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication, coordinated effort, and alignment across all stakeholders. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring that bids are compelling, competitive, and cost-effective, resulting in successful outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Over 5 years in a similar bid management role, with proven experience in leading and managing bids across complex sectors.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on managing cross-functional teams effectively.
- A solid understanding of sales processes, deal shaping, competitive positioning, and financial modeling.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with outsourcing, system integration, or cloud technologies is a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate personal needs and ensure a healthy work-life balance.
The Bid Management Specialist will report directly to the Bid Management Lead and will be based in Oslo, Norway.
