Consultant – Strategy and Consulting within Talent & Organization
We are seeking for an eager consultant to join our Talent & Organization practice in our Energy Hub in Stavanger!
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years relevant work experience, preferably within the Energy industry, but experience from other industries/organizations can also be relevant.
You have worked with tasks/projects focusing on people, technology, and organizations. As a consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex organizational changes, enhance their talent strategies, and drive sustainable growth.
As a Talent & Organization professional, you will be situated within our Strategy & Consulting practice. We engage in some of the most interesting and challenging projects related to Change Management in the Nordics. We partner up with our clients to help them transform their businesses through the power of technology and the scale of our capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use professional knowledge to help clients optimize their business and leverage internal talent in a changing environment.
- Design and implement comprehensive business processes to transform organizations.
- Identify client needs by documenting business requirements, determining necessary changes, and finding opportunities and help clients identify and achieve value
- Define the changes and actions needed to help leaders and employees adapt to new ways of working.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Interest and understanding for digital transformation
- Experience with consulting/advisory work including facilitation, either in-house or for clients. You are able to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions and are focused on achieving project/program goals and goals for our customers.
- Good understanding of some of these areas: Change Management Principles, Behavioral and cultural change, HR Transformation & Delivery, Organization Design & operating model.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficiency in English, preferably also in Norwegian
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
