Manager – Strategy and Consulting within Talent & Organization
Location: Stavanger, Norway
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Talent & Organization practice in our Energy Hub in Stavanger. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Energy industry and proven experience in leading transformation projects and worked with major change initiatives focusing on people, technology, and organizations.
As a manager, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex organizational changes, enhance their talent strategies, and drive sustainable growth.
As a Talent & Organization professional, you will be situated within our Strategy & Consulting practice. We engage in some of the most interesting and challenging projects related to Change Management in the Nordics. We partner up with our clients to help them transform their businesses through the power of technology and the scale of our capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transformation projects within the Energy sector
- Develop and implement strategies that align with client business goals
- Provide expert advice within the areas like organizational design, culture and development, change management, leadership alignment, stakeholder management & engagement, and training and upskilling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Energy sector working with Transformation and Change
- Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation projects
- Good understanding of some of these areas: Change Management Principles, Talent management, HR Transformation & Delivery, Organization Design & operating model, Leadership & Culture
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English, preferably also in Norwegian
