Would you like to deliver significant and innovative strategies to improve the performance of our clients within the Energy sector?

As an Improvement Consultant at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients within the Energy sector improve their efficiency and effectiveness and achieve their strategic goals.
You will be working closely with our client project teams associated with business transformation and /or business improvement using process and performance improvement techniques and tools like Lean and Six Sigma.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and deliver end to end process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate training and development to support excellence initiatives
- Promote best practices, encourage innovation, and facilitate regular reviews to identify new opportunities for optimization
- Focus on collaboration and stakeholder management to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the improvement process.

Qualifications
We believe you have:
- Relevant higher education
- Minimum 3 years' work experience, preferably within the energy / renewables / natural resources industry or from consulting
Experience with:
- Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen / Continuous Improvement / Business Excellence / Operational Excellence / Quality Management / Business Process Mapping, etc.
- Complexity reduction
- Cost transformation
- Digital transformation
- Performance improvement
You have strong analytical skills, experience with project management and project solving with ability to take ownership.
As a person you are a team player with excellent communication skills, fluent in Norwegian and English and thrive working in an agile environment.
