DData is at the centre of reimaging business, enabling our clients to do things differently and to capture new opportunities. As Data Scientist in Accenture Norway, you will wrangle and transform data, focusing on converting vague business requirements into proposed technical solutions.
How do you know this could be the role for you?
- Leverage data analysis skills to analyze business areas, understand source systems’ data and map them to DWH data model
- Design & implement BI/DWH applications to cover the requirements of large organizations utilizing Cloud technology platforms
- Design and build reports and analysis using a visualization tool
- Analyze current business practices, processes and procedures to spot future opportunities
- Assess client needs to build bespoke data design services
- Implement effective metrics and monitoring
- Participate in workshops with client’s stakeholders to validate business requirements & functional specifications

Qualifications
You have a master’s degree within Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, IT or Mathematics and at least three years of analytics experience form the Energy / Renewables industry. You master the analytics content skills well, have experience from working with data strategy, architecture and cloud technologies (Azure/GCP/AWS), and you have worked with visualization tools as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau. Experience with OSDU (Open Subsurface Data Universe) is a plus. As a person you are a team player with excellent communication skills, fluent in Norwegian and English and thrive working in an agile environment.
