Therefore, we are now looking for a new talent to join our HR team in the role as Senior HR Partner. You will be based in Oslo and work towards our Nordic organization, where you get the opportunity to be a key part of delivering high performance to our clients. 

 

Work you will do
As an HR Partner, you will have extensive responsibility and work independently in your team, close to our project teams and leadership where you will play a key role in guiding and coaching employees on their career development, provide personalized employee support connecting people to projects and understand our business/practice strategy and current performance.
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively provide individual employee coaching and guidance on career development, based on a strong understanding of a person’s interests and aspirations and knowledge of Accenture’s business

  • Provide personalized employee support connecting people to projects, coaching people on “best fit” roles, balancing career goals and business priorities

  • Work closely with your Practice Lead to understand our business/practice strategy and current performance and use that knowledge in coaching your people

  • Proactively work with employees to ensure business critical employee information is up to date and accurate

  • Manage a small team of HR Partners

  • Overall HR responsibility for a Nordic Business area and providing overall reporting and leadership support withing that scope.

Qualifications

We are looking for:

  • HR specialist with a university level degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent

  • 3-5 years Relevant experience in HR

  • Experience in Nordic labor law and regulations

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 

  • Proactive and structured way of working, with an eye for detail 

  • Engagement and interest in working with Talent Management in a closely linked business-oriented role

  • To be successful in the role you can remain confident under pressure and easily find your way in a complex structure 

  • You are fluent in English, fluent in Norwegian is not a requirement however considered a strong plus
