Accenture Strategy & Consulting is searching for a new consultant within our Insurance practice who continuously strives to grow content- and leadership skills, and who is comfortable in dealing with challenges in a structured and innovative way. Our mission is to create value for our clients by applying innovation and industry expertise at the intersection of business and technology, and we are looking to recruit a competent co-worker to join in this endeavor.

You will play a crucial part within business and/or IT transformation assignments for our clients. Leveraging your experience and your skills you will contribute to the development of our offering, build and deepen client relationships, and of course carry out valuable assignments for our clients.

Within our insurance practice we provide services for the Norwegian insurance industry. Our aim is to help them unlock value, grow top line and improve bottom line by introducing advanced digital solutions. These solutions span core capabilities such as customer interaction, sales & marketing, improve policy administration, product design and claims handling.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in consulting type of work connected to technology advisory or management/strategy consulting, or relevant experience from the Insurance industry working with core processes, product development and/or digital solutions.
  • You are used to collaborating in diverse project teams and can work creatively in a problem-solving environment
  • You have passion and drive to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You can communicate effectively and can put ideas and findings into the right context and to the right audience, both written and verbally.
  • You have a commercial mindset and can identify and pursue new business opportunities together with other Accenture Managers/Senior Managers.
  • You are value obsessed, technologically savvy, customer-centric, with focus on change management and enjoy working in the interface between technology and business with Digital Transformation projects.
  • You have a Master’s degree with strong academic results in a relevant field, e.g. finance, social economics, change management, business, leadership and administration, mathematics, information technology or other relevant areas.

Work and language requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and preferably Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language)
  • The primary work location will be in Oslo, Norway
  • Mobility and flexibility to either work physically at an office (client or Accenture), or in a virtual “home office” is expected. This requires you to both have a high degree of flexibility for travelling to our clients or working with international teams virtually from your home location
