We within the Industry consulting group for Energy and Utilities are focused on supporting the transformation agendas of the largest Energy companies in the Nordics and accelerating the energy transition.
Joining the Industry consulting practice in Accenture will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes in the industry. Our team, in partnership with our clients, seek to ensure the long term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes and business strategies.

We manage communications and stakeholders, plan and implement change journeys. You have a minimum of 3 years work experience (Preferably within the Energy Industry) and have been working with large change initiatives with a focus on impacts to people and the organization, ideally you have been successful as a consultant at some point in your career – or are currently working at a top-tier consulting firm, you may have also have built your insights from a career within HR or as an experienced Change Professional.

Learning and Development
You have Strong project management experience and are comfortable working on and driving projects from initial scoping stage through to implementation. You are experienced in using relevant tools, templates and project delivery methodologies (Agile Experience is a plus)
You are able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions and are focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives for our clients.
You are a high performing individual with drive, high ethical standards and a clear “can do” attitude. You have great passion and excitement for your role/industry and can quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise.
You thrive in a team environment and network well. You are determined to prove yourself in one of the leading companies in the professional services industry.
You have excellent communication skills and are able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions. You are fluent in both Norwegian and English.
You are organized and structured, yet flexible- You should be able to travel when required.
