Marketing & Communications in the Nordic countries is organized as one team focused on creating impact for Accenture across our region and in each country. As a team we help drive business and talent growth and are responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications towards employees, clients, talent and influencers. The team manages the brand, client marketing programs, employer branding, recruitment marketing, media relations and internal communications as well as all aspects of digital marketing and social media programs.

We are now looking for a Marketing Program Lead, based in Norway, to join our Nordic Marketing & Communications team.

Work you will do

  • Project manage, adapt and execute Nordic and local marketing campaigns and activities based on global frameworks and assets. Your focus will be on creating both cross Nordic and local impact.

  • Adapt and create various types of marketing content to fit a variety of channels and formats such as online webinars and events, direct mails, web, native articles and blogs in partnerships with business media, as well as in social media. 

  • Support key Nordic and local Accenture thought leaders to increase their visibility in the market for example with social media content, blogs and articles and external presentations.

Who we are looking for:

  • Education: relevant bachelor’s or master's degree from a respected university or business school.

  • Work experience: at least 4-5 years of experience preferably from a large international technology or professional services company.

  • Key skills: marketing project management, campaign planning and execution, content creation and curation, event management, digital marketing and social media.

  • Languages: fluent in Norwegian and English (orally and written).

  • A strong ability to team across our large organization with persistence and self-determination to see things through to the end.

  • A driven and curious mindset and an interest towards technology and consulting. 


  • Your team lead will be the Norway Marketing and Communications lead.

  • You will be collaborating with Nordic colleagues and leaders as have frequent interaction with global marketing campaign owners and teams.

  • You will also be collaborating with local marketing agencies and other external partners.
