Accenture Industry X Service Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Capital Projects Cost Manager to join our team in Norway. In this pivotal role, you will drive the commercial success of hyperscale developments, shape client relationships, and foster a collaborative team environment.

In this role you will:

  • Commercial Leadership: Lead and manage the commercial team on-site, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations

  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project.

  • Contract Management: Robustly defend claims downstream and manage change, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and accurately reported.

  • Strategic Thinking: Provide strategic oversight and hands-on management of commercial activities, ensuring the project’s financial health and long-term success

  • Team Culture: Foster a positive, can-do attitude within the team, promoting collaboration and a high-performance culture.

  • Account Management: Take on key account management responsibilities, with potential for significant growth opportunities across the EMEA region.

About you:

  • Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in Norway.

  • Data Centre Expertise: Extensive experience in large-scale hyperscale data centre projects is essential.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading commercial teams on complex construction projects.

  • Client-Facing Skills: Comfortable engaging with business leaders and stakeholders, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Contract Management: Demonstrable experience in managing contracts, defending claims, and reporting on change.

  • Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with project execution.

  • Attitude: We seek a team player with a positive outlook who is committed to fostering teamwork and a high-performance culture.

Work Arrangement: On-Site Requirement: Full-time on-site presence.
