Capital Projects Cost Management Associate Manager

In this role you will:
Commercial Leadership: Lead and manage the commercial team on-site, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
Contract Management: Robustly defend claims downstream and manage change, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and accurately reported.
Strategic Thinking: Provide strategic oversight and hands-on management of commercial activities, ensuring the project’s financial health and long-term success
Team Culture: Foster a positive, can-do attitude within the team, promoting collaboration and a high-performance culture.
Account Management: Take on key account management responsibilities, with potential for significant growth opportunities across the EMEA region.
About you:
Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in Norway.
Data Centre Expertise: Extensive experience in large-scale hyperscale data centre projects is essential.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading commercial teams on complex construction projects.
Client-Facing Skills: Comfortable engaging with business leaders and stakeholders, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Contract Management: Demonstrable experience in managing contracts, defending claims, and reporting on change.
Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with project execution.

Work Arrangement: On-Site Requirement: Full-time on-site presence.
