Operations Engineer

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in automation, robotics, and operational excellence, especially within the oil & gas and process manufacturing sectors. Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional consultant for drilling & wells, subsea, and operations, providing expert advice in early strategy and design phases.
- Utilize comprehensive industry knowledge to help clients define their strategies and targets, shaping the art of the possible for operational excellence.
- Guide clients through developing and implementing industry-leading operational solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic understanding and integration of best practices across projects.
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in drilling & wells, subsea operations, and industry consulting.
- Proven ability to advise clients on strategy definition and target-setting, with broad knowledge of operational possibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive teams.
- Ability to manage complexity and drive innovation in early-stage project environments.
- Degree in engineering, operations management, or related discipline; additional relevant certifications or experience are valued.
