Capital Projects Specialist

We are seeking experienced capital projects professionals with a passion for leveraging technology, leading multidisciplinary teams, and shaping the future of oil & gas development.
Role Responsibilities
- Shape the future of capital projects in the AI age by developing and implementing advanced project control strategies for O&G development and modification projects.
- Lead integrated planning, scheduling, and value chain optimization initiatives to improve project outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project specifics and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions.
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices across project teams and client organizations.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, safety, and continuous improvement in all project activities.
Qualifications
- Solid background in capital projects, project control services, and oil & gas development.
- Expertise in planning, scheduling, and integrated value chain management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive innovation in project environments.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusive practices.
- Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or equivalent experience are equally encouraged.
