Our Management Consulting practice in the Resources Industry group is focused on supporting the transformation agendas of the largest Resources companies in the Nordics.
We operate in a Nordic organization with a strong local focus on our clients and our people. We are one of the largest advisory partners in the domain, consisting of more than 130 professionals.
About the opportunity:
Joining the Talent and Organisation Practice in Accenture will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes in the Resources Industry. Our team, in partnership with our clients, seek to ensure the long term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes and business strategies.
Our work is varied and challenging; from creating an organisation design that determines effective organisation solutions which enable future workforce and digitisation to embedding cultural and behavioural change across an organization. We manage communications and stakeholders, plan, implement change journeys and offer an understanding of the HR structures, practices and policies required to support the organization and it’s overarching strategy.
With the constant disruption and change, digitalization, new ways of working, and a changing workforce, these topics are more relevant and important to our customers than ever.

You have a minimum of 3 years work experience (Preferably within the Resources Industry) and ideally you have been successful as a consultant at some point in your career – or are currently working at a top-tier consulting firm, you may have also have built your insights from a career within HR or as an experienced Change Professional.
You have demonstrable experience in the following areas
- Organisation Design
- Change Management
- HR Transformation
- Employee Experience Design
- Communications and Stakeholder Management
- Behavioural and Culture Change
- Learning and Development
You have Strong project management experience and are comfortable working on and driving projects from initial scoping stage through to implementation. You are experienced in using relevant tools, templates and project delivery methodologies (Agile Experience is a plus)
You are able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions and are focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives for our clients
You are a high performing individual with drive, high ethical standards and a clear “can do” attitude. You have great passion and excitement for your role/industry and can quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise.
You thrive in a team environment and network well. You are determined to prove yourself in one of the leading companies in the professional services industry.
You have excellent communication skills and are able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions. You are fluent in both Norwegian and English.
You are organized and structured, yet flexible- You should be able to travel when required.
