Job Summary:


The Accenture Workplace Solutions Front Office Operations Representative independently completes all the services in his/her area(s) of responsibility. The scope of the job may include a wide range of Accenture Workplace Solutions services and/or activities including routine and non-routine tasks to be independently completed according to office guidelines and/or under supervision of a more experienced professional or supervisor. As the first point of contact for customers and clients he/she will provide a variety of services such as reception, reservations, incoming calls and special orders. The Accenture Workplace Solutions Front Office Operations Representative will interact frequently with customers / clients to maintain and strengthen relationships and to ensure work/deliverables meet expectations. He/she may assist each customer by providing individualized service, accurate information, efficient service and timely follow-up.

The position is full time, and will follow a rotation schedule of 7.00 AM- 15.00 PM or 8.15 AM -16.15 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls to the Workplace Service Center phone number.
  • Process conference/meeting room requests via phone or e-mail.
  • Coordinate movement of conference/meeting rooms to effectively manage space inventory on a daily basis.
  • Greet and direct employees and visitors.
  • Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate resource.
  • Provide general information regarding restaurants, directions, taxi service, etc.
  • Create, analyze, edit and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports when needed.
  • Perform administrative duties.
  • Issue building access cards to visitors.
  • Ensure optimal workspace occupancy. Register in Census.
  • Ensure the reception, meeting rooms and visitor area are kept tidy throughout the day.


Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Bachelor’s Degree within Business is a plus.
  • Similar work experience is a plus.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask i.e. stress resistance.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Accuracy and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in using computers and web-based tools.
  • Strong Norwegian and English language skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to take responsibility over own work.
