Job Description

This is a key management role for driving Accenture sales effectiveness in Norway and across Nordics. The Sales Program manager is a part of an initiative driven by the Accenture Nordic Leadership Team to manage and further develop the sales effectiveness function in Nordics.


The Sales Program Manager is responsible for managing and developing the Sales Effectiveness services and processes locally and lead the local team. She/he will work on selected opportunities hands-on and ensure sales teams adapt the latest learnings into proposals and client presentations, and utilize design thinking and methods that engage clients during the sales process. The Sales Program Manager will measure and lead the local team based on key business metrics and work closely with Sales Effectiveness Nordic team to ensure efficient cross-use of resources and common processes.


As you gain experience, you will spend more time in coaching bid teams on win strategies, presentations and workshop preparations, and on occasions you will also work as a coach in client interface. You will also have a chance to train (and be trained on) Accenture's selling framework and key methodologies and concepts.


The Sales Program Manager will work with our senior management across industry teams (Client Service Groups) and the 5 businesses (Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Digital and Operations) and report both to the Sales Effectiveness Nordic Lead and to the Country Managing Director. The Sales Program Manager will be part of Sales Effectiveness Nordic management team and work actively with Nordic and Global sales support teams.


Qualifications

  • Experienced manager with minimum 3 years of sales experience and passion for selling
  • Experience from selling professional services and digital solutions
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to work across all levels of organization
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, verbal and writing skills in Norwegian and English
  • Passion for business development
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Willingness to work hands-on with proposals and sales process
