Supply Chain and Operations is the part of Accenture Strategy which specializes in topics on top of the chief operating officer’s, chief supply chain officer’s and chief procurement officer’s agenda. The Supply Chain and Operations practice devise business strategies that create innovative and high-performance operations that more effectively meet customer expectations and deliver sustained business outcomes. We are searching for business-driven Strategy Managers/Senior Managers specializing in supply chain-, operations-, operating models-, lean-, and digital operations strategies.   • Design supply chain strategies and operating models
  • Help clients understand how they should digitize their operations and supply chain
  • Design and improve the end-to-end value chain
  • Devise sourcing and procurement strategies
  • Optimize planning, logistics, distribution and warehouse functions

What will you do?

  • Lead and manage project teams and ensure delivery of value-driven recommendations, knowledge transfer and effective advisory
  • Build client relationships, and identify and drive client opportunities
  • Provide expertise and insights to our clients and help build our Supply Chain and Operations practice
  • Work across industries in the intersection of business, operations and technology

About your background and experience

  • 6+ years of working experience from operations and/or supply chain, preferably as a strategy or management consultant, or from leading operational improvement in large organizations.
  • Additional experience from positions such as sourcing manager, logistics manager/planner, manufacturing manager or business developer is positive
  • Proven track record from leading larger projects, including reporting to C-suite and steering committees
  • Extensive experience with office technology for analysis and presentations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and a Scandinavian language) 
  • M.Sc. in logistics, engineering or business with excellent academic results

  • You can travel when required, depending on client and project context
