As an Advanced Customer Strategy consultant in Accenture Strategy you will help clients drive profitable growth in the C-suite. You will work to understand and address the needs of Chief Sales-, Marketing and Customer Service Officers through our Sales-, Service-, Marketing Transformation and Pricing & Commercial Excellence team.

You will be helping Chief Sales Officers deliver profitable growth across an increasingly complex sales environment where strategies for direct and indirect channels, incentives, technology, operating model and people separate the winners from the losers.

 

You will work with Chief Customer Service Officers to help them deliver differentiated service experiences that enable growth and increased retention; and strengthen the engagement with traditional and “omni-channel” consumers through digital service and call center operations.

You will work the Chief Marketing Officer to define customer segments, value propositions, brand positioning and marketing strategy that maximizes return on marketing investment.

 

Accenture Strategy is seeking an experienced candidate with track record from digital- and or strategy consulting working with sales, service and marketing issues. As a part of our team, you will work to solve complex challenges for some of Nordics largest companies in a dynamic and ambitious environment, supported by a broad national and international academic and expert network.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

An experienced Advanced Customer Strategy advisor assists clients to identify and capture growth opportunities in their sales, service and marketing operations. In the team, you are expected to build on our proven assets to formulate winning value-propositions to clients, manage complex projects and deliver relevant content. To achieve this, you will need to be value obsessed, technologically savvy and customer centric. You will also be expected to actively build and participate in the community, act as a coach and role model for junior analysts and consultants, and take ownership of decisions.

 

An Advanced Customer Strategy consultant is expected to:

  • Define Digital-, Sales-, Service- and Marketing strategies
  • Work in the intersection of business and technology
  • Design efficient Sales, Customer Service and marketing operations, including operating model, governance, business objectives and incentives
  • Define Customer Centric Vision and understand Customer Experience design
  • Customer Analytics (i.e. segmentation, predictive analytics)

 

 

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent Norwegian and English language, both written and oral.
  • Relevant master degree within marketing/economy with excellent academic results. Applicants with bachelor degrees combined with extensive experience within the relevant field will also be considered.
  • Four to eight years of relevant consulting experience, either from other strategy consulting companies, large customer centric-organizations within Financial Services, Communications or Consumer Goods/retail. Experience from positions such as Sales manager, Customer Service manager, Marketing manager or business developer, is positive. The candidate should have work experience from sales, service and/or marketing strategy.
  • Basic knowledge of market leading customer technologies such as SAS, SPSS, Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle and leading content management systems is positive.
  • Work location will be in the Oslo region, but the candidate should have the flexibility to travel outside this region if necessary.
