As a member of the program, we will assign you a personal mentor who will be your informal point of contact at Accenture. He or she will guide you throughout the academic year, provide advice in choosing a career path, support you in the application and interview process, and answer any other questions you may have.
An Exclusive Network
Be a part of an exclusive, Norwegian network with highly skilled and likeminded students across the globe. In addition to events and networking dinners, you will stay in touch with other Discovery members through an engaging forum where we will share and discuss relevant projects and Accenture thought leadership.
At the end of February, we invite you to test your competitive instinct and team spirit in the Norwegian mountains during a weekend filled with competitions and entertainment. Your cognitive skills and collaborative mindset will be key to bringing home the victory. Whether you enjoy sports or brainteasers, you are sure to be tested!
Towards the end of the program, we invite you to spend two days at our office in Oslo where you will get an insight into the life as an Accenture consultant. The program includes exciting lectures from executive management, insight into typical projects undertaken, CV and interview workshops, and exploring of future business and technology innovations.
All participants and members of Accenture Discovery will automatically be qualified for the final recruitment round to our Summer Internship.
