Accenture has overall responsibility for application development and maintenance for all associated applications for the Telecom Provider’s Internet domains, including: Fatwire, Intershop, GX, CSS, HTML, Weblogic, Orbeon, Pega, Omniture and Oracle IAM.
Accenture created incentive mechanisms and key performance indicators tied to the companies business goals of improving quality and efficiency.
Accenture acts as the design “watchdog,” helping the Leading Dutch Telecom Provider move to one simplified service catalogue and architecture.
