It has been announced that Accenture has received Top 10: Triple-A Trifecta Services recognition from HFS Research. The Triple-A Trifecta is HFS terminology for the intersection of three critical change agents—automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and smart analytics. The framework was developed to unify how these digital transformation change agents work together to deliver business outcomes in pursuit of the OneOffice.
HFS Triple-A Trifecta Services assessed 21 service providers in terms of how well they are helping their clients embrace and realize results from the full array of Triple-A Trifecta technologies and related services in support of enterprise utilization of automation, AI, and analytics software, processes, and resources to achieve digital transformation and defined business outcomes.
Accenture ranked #1 across a defined series of execution, innovation, and voice of the customer criteria as a transformation-focused global provider with formalized Triple-A Trifecta capabilities through "Applied Intelligence."
