Call for change

As beautifully designed, context-driven interfaces have become the norm on digital platforms, consumers’ higher expectations about user experience have flowed through all interactions online. That includes the B2B space. For DSM this presented a huge opportunity. The ordering tool used by its nutritional products line of business continued to see heavy customer usage, but was approaching its end of life. We helped DSM to create a modern, user-friendly, and scalable buying experience.

DFG's e-commerce platform would reach it technical limit. DFG set out to fix the issue by adopting a new trading platform on the latest SAP Commerce Cloud Version 2. Working with Accenture, DFG launched a minimal viable product (MVP) where customers could weigh in on which features were most important to them. This led to the creation of a new platform that leverages SAP® software features, like omnichannel storefronts and targeted data insights, to increase the customer experience.

Rebranding in a challenging market

The biggest enemy of Essent is not the competition. Essent's biggest enemy is their target audience 'doing nothing'. The assignment was clear: Get the largest group of Dutch people in action-mode. How? With a new brand positioning. And so ‘Energie van Vandaag’ (Today’s Energy) was born. As competition dreams about the future, Essent became the energy company with a can-do attitude that knows what matters to its target group today. The result? The likeability of the brand rose immediately.
