Essentially, I’m the translator that conveys details about the process required by a business team to the developers that build the automation. The developers are the true rock stars in my opinion; I’m like the roadie that hands them the required information, builds the set, and makes sure they have what they need to do their job. I’m the point of contact between the two groups who, once assessment has taken place, helps to make sure things go ahead as anticipated.

...Is never the same, for one. On a typical day, a developer may come across an unexpected screen or pop-up while developing a robot. I’m the first person that developers approach in this situation, and I need to know the process well enough to answer their questions. However, if I don’t, it’s my job to contact the relevant business team and seek out the best way to tackle the challenge.
