We are the Utilities team at Strategy & Consulting Accenture: Industry experts with the insights and capabilities to transform leading utilities organizations and help them navigate in the energy transition. Our clients include large players in Transmission & Distribution, Power Generation, Energy Retail, E-mobility, District heating & cooling and Water & Waste. Each day we help them fight grid congestion, roll out renewable energy generation, manage their energy, create the hydrogen backbone, and many more. We always do this with the end in mind: The energy transition.
People: We balance in-person collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with flexibility to support your work/life needs.
Processes: You help our clients with a broad range of services such as (digital) strategies, process-led transformations and post-merger integrations.
Technology: Utilize advanced data & analytics and human-centric design to create and implement tech-enabled strategies that drive growth and unlock value for clients.
Data: Data plays a key role in your job. You rely on data-driven decisions and critical thinking to solve complex problems. You leverage data's power while being mindful of privacy and security.

Qualifications
Here's what you'll need
Completed Master's degree program in a technical, business or economic direction
3-5 years of consulting experience and/or relevant industry experience in Energy or Utilities Industry
Experience and interest in the energy transition
Submission of a cover letter outlining your motivation for this specific position
Affinity with technology and digitalization
Excellent presentation & communication skills in Dutch and English
You have excellent quantitative and analytical skills
You are a hard worker and able to work independently
You are a team player with a “can-do” mentality who can think outside the box
