Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
•Provide first and second-line support for AMS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
•Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, working closely with technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
•Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams or vendors and follow up to ensure resolution.
Monitoring and Maintenance:
•Monitor application performance and availability, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
•Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and configuration changes.
•Ensure that application environments are stable, secure, and optimized for performance.
User Support and Training:
•Provide support and guidance to end-users, helping them to effectively utilize AMS applications.
•Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users, enhancing their understanding of AMS solutions.
Incident Management:
•Log and track support requests, incidents, and resolutions using a ticketing system.
•Ensure all incidents are properly documented, categorized, and prioritized.
•Communicate the status of incidents and resolutions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Documentation and Reporting:
•Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of support processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations.
•Generate regular reports on support activities, application performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience:
•Experience with SAP AMS or other enterprise application management services is a plus.
Skills:
•Fluent Dutch required.
•Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
•Proficiency in using ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Relevant certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) and application support are highly desirable.
