Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Work with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for AMS projects.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Support and Issue Resolution:
Provide first-line support for AMS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a log of support requests and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
Process Improvement:
Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and system configurations.
Generate regular reports on system performance, support requests, and project status.
Provide clear and concise communication of findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of AMS projects.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and discuss solutions.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Training and User Support:
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of AMS solutions.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure they can effectively utilize the system.

Qualifications
Experience:
•Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AMS or a similar IT service management role.
•Strong understanding of AMS processes and methodologies.
•Experience with SAP AMS or other enterprise application management services is a plus.
Skills:
•Fluent Dutch required.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
•Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
•Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and IT service management (e.g., ITIL) are highly desirable.
