Job Description
As an Identity & Access Management Architect, you will help organizations in shaping their IAM journey. You will be working in large IAM transformations spanning across multiple countries.
- People Build trusted relationships with your clients’ IAM stakeholders.
- Processes Perform IAM business analysis and shape IAM strategies and roadmaps.
- Technology Architect IAM solutions and translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Data Utilize data of the clients’ application landscape as well as IAM systems in order to design solutions and integrations.

Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analyzing business challenges and translating them into technical requirements
Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory)
5+ years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting
Experience with IAM solution architecture
Working experience with Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity) and/or Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust) and/or Access Management (Entra ID/Okta)
Bonus points if you have
SailPoint/Savyint/Oneidentity certifications
CyberArk/BeyondTrust certifications
Okta certifications
Azure/Entra ID certifications
SABSA/TOGAF knowledge
