Are you an experienced Sales Professional with a background in consulting and resources? Would you like to be part of our growing Resources (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chemicals and Renewables) Sales Team where you will work with, and learn from, Accenture's top Sales Executives in the Netherlands? Our team is welcoming an ambitious professional who wants to drive the go-2-market propositions towards our Resources clients, our marketing agenda and supports throughout the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate would have a flair for developing propositions & relationships, work closely with our client teams and work with new and/or existing client stakeholders.
People Your role will be focused on building long term and trust-based relationships with Resources clients as well as within Accenture (key stakeholders and colleagues). You will be collaborating with teams across Accenture to create a compelling proposition for our clients and partner with Account Teams to ideate and drive strategic, multi-disciplinary and cross-service line opportunities.
Processes As a Sales Executive you will be having an innovative role to help support our Resources Client Account Teams with developing & optimizing propositions. You will be responsible to support new business opportunities for our Resources clients within the Netherlands throughout the full business development cycle – from heling the Accenture team to originate new opportunities, creating the first proposal and to closure of the final contract. You shape and execute winning strategies across the end-to-end sales cycle and own the project management of client proposals: establish, communicate and drive implementation of sales project plans.
Your role will be broad, differing day in, and day out, and you will have the autonomy to shape and grow the role in line with your ambitions. The Resources Client Group in the Netherlands consists of approximately 20 people. This is a senior team of Account Leads and Sales, covering the 3 sub-industries within Resources.

Qualifications
Here's what you will need
Completed University Master’s degree;
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience within a Resources industry specific environment, preferably within a technology or consulting firm
In-dept understanding of (a specific part of) the Resources industry, a relevant network is desirable.
Commercial astute: you have experience shaping creative commercial constructs which link to value and business outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Dutch) and the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
You have an insatiable curiosity about how you can add value for the customer. You are a fast learner and want to keep learning.
