SAP Complex Delivery Lead

The successful candidate will bring latest innovation and ideas to plan, execute and deliver complex projects for our clients, whilst coaching and mentoring our next generation of Complex Delivery Leads

Key Responsibilities:
Leading and deploying complex SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration across industries
Driving contract setup and delivery thereof
Building and leading an effective Delivery Team and ensuring seamless Service Delivery from on-, off-, and nearshore locations
Senior Stakeholder Management, including managing Customer Satisfaction expectations
Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments
Qualifications
Necessary Knowledge / Skills:
You should have significant experience in managing delivery of large SAP programs, i.e. more than $20M/year and delivering to a differentiated commercial construct (non-T&M) such as risk reward, revenue share, fixed price, fixed outcomes
Experience of driving delivery in a multi-vendor or hybrid environment where you have led a mixed team (client, 3rd parties, contractors.)
Managed important people matters on contracts, including performance mgmt., chargeability, coaching and development of staffed resources
Results driven and customer focused with strong communication and collaboration skills. A positive and pro-active can do attitude is essential.
Excellent business proficiency in English is a requirement. Knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
