Job Description
The Work
In your role as an Industry X Manager within our Oil and Gas Energy team, you’ll be working in specific industry segments and help our clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital moves into the core of industry where virtual and physical converge.
You have knowledge of industrial business processes such as production, maintenance, logistics, and industrial project engineering (OPC) with the ability to articulate through compelling story telling.
You will be working across the full lifecycle from FID, conceptual, basic, detail design towards run and maintain and decommissioning. You’ll help our clients transform their core operations and enable them to pivot to new opportunities across a range of Digital Manufacturing, Asset Management and Engineering business & operating models.
People
Proactively originate and build client and client account relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification.
Provide Industry X offering support including working with client account teams to define pursuits, supporting sales RFPs, developing differentiated value propositions, solution shaping and functional requirements.
Processes
Proactively target existing and "whitespace" clients.
Leverage Accenture's assets, client, industry, growth platform and subject matter experts to ensure that the value proposition and delivery to the clients will have maximum impact and effective progress.
Co-develop and deliver Energy related Digital Transformation focused sales and delivery campaigns aligned to the needs of specific industry clients, in areas such as, connected operations, digital plants, connected workers, connected assets, AI and analytics.
Actively engage in the marketplace to drive awareness of our Industry X proposition with targeted Energy clients.
Technology
From older manufacturing and engineering technologies to state-of-the-art technologies, you have an understanding and affinity for them and are able to articulate their value and application.
Data
You understand manufacturing and process engineering data within the context of the Oil & Gas, Energy and Chemicals industry and can translate data into actionable insights and opportunities.

Qualifications
Here's what you'll need (we require a motivation letter along with your CV)
Subject matter expert with deep domain knowledge in Oil & Gas, Energy and Chemicals.
Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent experience.
6+ years consulting and delivery experience in Oil and Gas / Chemicals / Process industry Manufacturing Industry in which you have developed relevant experience through project delivery.
Be able to understand a process plant/facility and how to maintain and operate Oil and Gas facilities in upstream, downstream, renewable energies and integrated gas.
Thorough understanding and experience on how a process plant is planned and run (from FID, conceptual, basic, detail design towards run and maintain and decommissioning).
Outstanding Manufacturing & Asset Management expertise and thought leadership.
Able to develop and build relationships with new buyers and originate sales.
Governing, mobilizing and influencing local networks.
You are fluent in English; Dutch is preferred and German is an extra asset.
Bonus points if you have
Experienced in developing and closing large value deals over multi-year contract terms.
Experienced in decommissioning of conventional facilities and construction of (repeatable) new and renewable energy sources facilities.
Perfect candidate has a 5 year+ EPC background and experienced in engineering (data) and design disciplines.
Knowledge of business applications and solution ecosystem in Energy / Oil and Gas/ Chemicals business sectors.
Attention points before applying:

Relocation from another European country to The Netherlands is needed for this role
