Function We are on the lookout for a Delivery Manager specializing in the Resources Technology domain at Accenture, with a focus on steering the delivery of complex projects for the Netherlands' most prominent energy, utilities, and chemicals clients. In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients and will lead delivery teams in the process of gathering requirements, designing ingenious solutions, and implementing best-in-class technology practices. Your expertise will be highly valued, whether it is your deep functional and industry knowledge, domain knowledge, or delivery expertise. You will play a pivotal role in program delivery, leading multiple teams while employing cutting-edge delivery methodologies such as agile, scrum, SAFe, and DevOps.
People As a Delivery Manager, you will be an integral part of the Technology Industry Group Resources. You will work alongside our leading (international) teams on advisory projects of high strategic value and complex system integration projects for the largest Resources clients. Collaborating with your Accenture colleagues, you will oversee projects where innovative technologies take center stage.
Impact Working closely with our clients, you will identify the root causes of their challenges, identify best solutions, define robust business cases, and play a key role in transforming the way our clients operate in the ever-evolving technology landscape.
Examples of projects for our clients:
Optimize, harmonize and innovate the global ERP landscape for a major Natural Resources client.
Spearheading an Agile and DevSecOps transformation for a prominent Chemical client.
Designing operational models and consolidating digital platforms for an international Energy client.
Implementing an end-to-end Utilities retail platform (both back-end and front-end) through Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Crafting solution architectures for components within a chemical manufacturing process.
Integrating and leveraging Artificial Intelligence within operational processes for a Water client.

Qualifications
Here's what you'll need
A master’s degree – this could be a beta study, business process-oriented study and a study with an IT or Sustainability component.
6 – 15 years industry experience in technology implementation; preferably in innovative solutions.
Entrepreneurial, client-centric and ‘can do’ mindset.
Experience in managing and delivering (complex) projects on time and within budget.
Experience with methodologies like Agile and DevSecOps.
Preferably experience and affinity with innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, machine learning, cloud and/or analytics.
Bonus points if you have
Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
Experience in new methodologies, new digital technologies and design process thinking.
Ambition to learn & adopt new technologies.
