The work

An effective sustainable technology strategy helps drive business growth and ESG performance, with Data as essential element in the equation.
People You will work with senior Business & IT Executives, solution architects and Data Experts to architect, deliver and end-to-end implement the data part (inc. model) for your client ESG project . You are the linking pin between the Client, ESG Delivery teams, and, in certain cases, act as a Data Product Owner on behalf of the client. Within Accenture you will be the linking pin between the Data & AI Practice and the Sustainability Practice within Technology NL.
Processes During the implementations of the ESG and/or Sustainability data strategy – often together with the end-to-end implementation ESG monitoring & tracking platform - at the clients, you are not only directly supporting the clients in creating insights in their ESG performance. Besides that, you also provide the clients the opportunity and enable them to incorporate sustainability into their day-to-day work. In other words – getting standardized insights in the ESG performance enables the client to transform to a sustainable business.
Technology In your function you will define the data tooling and technologies as well Data Architecture & Models specifically for ESG Reporting, using your technical & data expertise.
Data As a Sustainability & ESG Data Architect at Accenture Technology you will be defining the technical architecture for our clients, related to data domains associated with Sustainability & ESG. You will be crafting a road map to help our clients to the next level. You are able to express your vision to the team to help them grow.

Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need
You know the techniques of architecture and data modeling
You have implemented systems for data exchange and service exposure
You understand the challenges of climate change in business transfor-mation
You have experience with the data domains associated with ESG;
You demonstrate a high level of oral and written presentation ability
Demonstrated client management and relationship skills
You are known for your strong interpersonal skills and empathy
You are endowed with analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
5-10 years of Data architecting experience
Bonus points if you have
You are familiar with CSRD and SDGs;
You hold any specific Sustainability related certificates and diplomas
Internal/external advisory/consulting experience
