Job Description
The work
As a Senior Manager in data management you will have a 70% focus on client advisory and project delivery and a 30% focus on pre-sales, using thought leadership to co-create, shape and sell new offerings to our clients.
People You will apply your strong leadership skills and are able to manage a team of data management professionals. You showcase excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and team members and have the ability to mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge in data management
Process You will advise on on data management processes and procedures that align with industry best practices, such as DAMA DMBOK (Data Management Body of Knowledge) and TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework). Key differentiator is to also be able to advise how data management technology can best be implemented to support these processes. You will work with out clients with your strong understanding of compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). And apply your experience in delivering data management solutions for data quality, data catalog or master data management.
Technology You have a strong understanding of relevant technologies in the market in data catalog/data lineage, data quality and master data management (MDM). Some examples would be Informatica DQ, Talend Data Quality, Collibra, Unity Catalog, Microsoft Purview. SAP MDG, Informatica MDM. And are experienced in understanding and advising what tooling can best meet business objectives.

Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need
Thought Leader You have a clear vision on Data & AI, what direction the capability will move towards and are able to share this vision to both your colleagues and our clients.
Business Translator You are able to identify and build a vision on business problems, initiative, analytics intervention, data scientist management, data science interpretation and storytelling.
Data & Analytics Transformation You have experience with setting up current state assessment, operating models, value case, roadmap, and blueprint in the Data & AI landscape.
Analytics Architecture, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and BI practices You have experience and the required knowledge of how advancing digital tools and techniques are applied in enterprise data and analytics strategies and roadmaps.
Bonus points if you have
You have worked for 5+ years in a consulting capacity or project management type roles. Experience in a sales capacity is a plus.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
