The work
Within the DEM practice we believe that end user happiness is the most important factor within IT. As DEM Analyst you will spread this message throughout the clients organization. You will be the vital link between the clients and the rest of Accenture organization by becoming a trusted advisor. As trusted advisor you listen, understand and advice the client on new projects and developments in the market. You translate these needs to the rest of your team and keep track of the delivery.

Tasks You are an advisor in application monitoring and migration projects. You act in projects during the technical realization, advise on technical and functional solutions and realize those solutions in such a way that the customer can accept them. You will create objective insights into our customers' end-user experience and discover how you can use DEM's chain monitoring tool with your customers. You will manage stakeholders at the customer as well as within the company that go from functional teams to the directors and advise clients on their monitoring strategy and support them in their long term goals
Technology you will be given every opportunity to further develop and specialize. Think of products such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Nexthink, LoginVSI, Silkperformer, Load Runner Cloud, but also various script languages such as Selenium & Jmeter. Because we are a partner of these products, we also facilitate courses and certification processes.
Data Getting in control starts with the factual measurements of the IT performance from an end-users perspective. Together with your colleagues, you objectify the client’s IT performance and advise on how to optimise and improve the end user experience. You are the go-to person for all questions about application monitoring and migration projects, and you play an important role in the technical realisation. People As a trainee you will work in the position DEM Analyst (Digital Experience Management). From your first day at work you will actively participate in one of our teams in the field of our performance management services. A team of colleagues is ready to support you and you also receive personal guidance from your own “buddy” to quickly learn the tricks of the trade.

Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need
You have a well-rounded higher vocational education with specialisation in ICT, Information management
You have knowledge of IT and you can use this knowledge to maintain and improve our technical solutions at the client.
You have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and find it easy to make and maintain contact at various levels in organisations.
You are analytical and know how to get to the heart of the problem quickly.
As a trusted advisor, you determine the course and vision within your expertise and clients
You keep an overview in a stressfull situation
You are able to take a step back from the details when necessary and oversee the big picture
Bonus points if you have
Worked with Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic Search, Nexthink, Loadrunner Professional, Selenium, Autohotkey, Java
You have experience or affinity with this field and have knowledge of Performance testing, performance monitoring, performance engineering and performance troubleshooting. We will gladly educate and introduce you in the world of performance monitoring and testing.
Have experience in ‘political’ environments and have sound organisational sensitivity.
