As Health Manager you will advise HR Advisors, employees and managers on topics around well being & the (prevention) of illness such as; prevention, rules & processes, dealing with complaints or grievances and complex illness cases.
You will create and implement initiatives and processes and you make sure these are transitioned to the HR Advisors and are known in the organization. Examples of initiatives could be;
- Giving training to managers and employees regarding stress & burnout;
- Improving our current process around reintegration after long term illness;
- Professionalize our Mental Power Network.
Lastly, as Health Manager you are the point of contact for the health & safety provider (arbodienst), health insurer, psychological counselors and other providers to understand what the market trends are and what can still be improved within Accenture to reduce (long term) illness.

2+ years of experience in HR and/or a comparable Health Management role
Knowledge of the Dutch Law Gatekeeper
Comfortable working within an ever-dynamic fast-paced and complex international environment
Self-starter, creative and relationship builder
Fluency in Dutch (speaking and writing) is required for this role
