Your Job

As Talent Strategy Analyst you are part of the Talent Strategy team at Accenture Netherlands. Talent Strategy falls under the department of HR, which is part of the corporate functions division within Accenture NL – the backbone of Accenture (this includes all operational departments as Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, etc).

 

Talent Strategy is a strategic priority within the organization. Within our work we are responsible for designing and driving programs aimed at enhancing our people engagement, inclusion, talent and leadership agenda. We manage key talent strategy actions & initiatives as the development of an effective talent management process, creating an inspirational leadership development program and driving a culture change enabling an inclusive, purpose-driven and balanced (body, mind, heart & soul) working environment. 

 

You will be responsible for several talent strategy priorities and driving the implementation of this across the Accenture NL organization. Your tasks are very divers and include, among others: leading a vitality project for colleagues, organizing events and workshops in the topic of diversity, set up internal and external communication content and building and maintaining relationship with various stakeholders (internal and external).

Your background
  • University or business school degree related to (organizational) change and/or culture, business or HR
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in change/HR/Talent topics
  • You have an affinity with the subject of Talent Management, Vitality, Inclusion & Diversity, Leadership Development, Culture Change
  • Excellent in both English and Dutch, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to understand the needs of customers and internal stake holders.
  • Flexible, can-do mentality, a team player and be able to change roles between different projects
