As a Technical Support Engineer in IT Operations, you are mainly supporting our users at our Amsterdam or Utrecht office. You will be responsible for: the second line IT support, preparing workstations for new joiners, replacing laptops, reporting hardware failures to the suppliers, carrying out simple hardware repairs/replacement, processing support requests and charging services to internal teams.
You will be part of the department Local Technology Services (LTS) within Accenture Operations. The team exists out of 13 colleagues that work together on supporting our users with any IT support.

MBO3 or MBO4 degree related to ICT administration;
This is your first job or you have a maximum of 3 years working experience;
Willingness to get your Microsoft certification (most preferred on Windows 10), networking essentials and ITIL foundation certification on short term at Accenture or you already have these certifications;
You are fluent in English and Dutch language;
Willingness to travel to our Utrecht or Amsterdam office and in the possession of driver's license.
You are customer friendly, stress resistant, eager to learn and pragmatic. You can work both in teams as well as independently.
