As a Digital Construction Senior Manager, you advise clients combining your Business expertise with a good knowledge of relevant Digital & Technology supporting solutions, with a primary focus on leading Building Information Management (BIM) transformation and implementation in the Construction Industry Sector. You will be responsible of defining the Strategy to adopt in the different categories of Construction (building, infrastructure, rail, maritime and design consulting) embedding the relevant and innovative piece of software for Construction. You’ll be working with the Products Automotive Industrial and Transportation (AIT) Industry Lead and the IX.0 Products Consulting Lead, supporting the Go-To-Market and Sales & Capability Growth Strategy, advising the different cross-group Managers and Solution Architects to execute the defined Strategy and Roadmap and win new opportunities at clients.

You are an experienced Senior Manager, having worked in the Construction Business or in a Consulting company specialised in Construction, used to lead multidisciplinary teams and work in complex environments. You are goal-driven, you take accountability and responsibility and you have good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Master’s degree with excellent academic record, in Building and Civil Engineering and/ or other infrastructure sector such as Rail and Maritime construction;
10-12 years of proven experience in BIM space
Able to clearly explain the Business value of BIM and play a key role in IT architectural discussions and software selection
Experienced in Sales Origination / Business Development to be able to (co-)shape Digital transformations
Capable to leverage the relevant networks through the different Accenture Business Groups and collaborate effectively
Well-connected into the Dutch Construction Industry.
