Local Service Delivery Lead - OPERATIONS

Ready to take over a role in a new exciting HR delivery project and support our client? We’re ready when you are.

Your impact

As a local Service Delivery Lead you will be responsible to interpret day-to-date business objectives and prepare/ execute operations practices with a newly set up end-to-end HR delivery project. You will support the transition team in go-live activities as well as stabilization phase. Building a trustful relationship with the client and supporting the change management activities will be crucial in your role. This also includes ensuring all of the client responsibilities occur in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement with client. 

You will also be busy with the financials (annual and monthly forecast) and preparing, analyzing and interpreting complex reports/ information and formulate conclusions, demonstrating expert knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities. You also have to ensure a proper execution of processes by the team that you lead which is mainly performing recruitment activities. 

Your background

You are familiar with business processes in an operations environment and have a solid background in recruitment. You have knowledge of project management, cost management, service performance management and client relationship management. You are a professional, eager to learn and open to share your knowledge. You are aware of your own talents and strengths and know how to apply them effectively in your daily responsibilities.

A University degree and 5 years professional experience (minimum 3 years managerial experience)

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English - manages internal and external/ client communications with individuals at all levels (Dutch language knowledge is a plus but not a requirement)

Coaching/ mentoring skills; Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues and the ability to develop / analyze/ interpret data, rationale for alternative solutions to problems and take appropriate action
