Customer Service Analyst - Operations

Your impact

As a customer service analyst, you will receive and log internal and/or external customer problems/requests. It is your task to: review and document these customer problems/issues, follow the defined procedures to resolve the request/problem correctly, develop and maintain agreements and requirements, develop and maintaining knowledge of incident management, client information systems and service desk procedures, seeking opportunities to improve knowledge and skills. You will work closely together with your team and team lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on processing of inquiries and the associated reporting, the resolution of disputed/open items, and the provision of support for vendor and client queries/issue

• Validate, investigate and respond to inquiries of an urgent or sensitive nature within established guidelines. This includes coordinating with client subject matter experts to response or support in the response to inquiries and/or escalations which may be generated by include but not limited to external third parties, Client or Accenture

• Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to

• Assigned and accountable for workable solutions and processes within specific area of responsibility

• Addresses most non-routine issues

• Ensures all work is performed in accordance with SLAs and metrics.

Your background
You are a team contributor, problem-solver and always looking to deliver the best customer care, moreover:
• Who has at least a HBO degree and is a recent graduate;
• Who is excellent in both French and English communication/presentation skills; 
• Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office;

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous legal experience/studies with strong Microsoft Office, internet, and computer skills
• Superior analytical and investigative skills combined with the ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
• Willingness to learn new processes and to work with sensitive, adult, and controversial content
• Results & detail-oriented with strong communication/organizational skills 
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
