Digital Service Centre Analyst - OPERATIONS

As a Digital Service Centre Analyst you will be reviewing the data of a Fortune 500 company. Success in this position requires exceptional reviewer skills and desire to apply problem solving skills; ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment and a passion for helping others achieve results. 

You will be responsible for:
• Reviewing content on the internet to make sure it adheres to the client’s policies
• Achieve performance objectives and standards to ensure world-class service to the client’s user base
• Provide vital product insights and feedback on digital client products

Your background

We are looking for:

• Motivated and enthusiastic individuals who speak and write in one or more European languages (Dutch, German or French) alongside English. 

• Individuals who understand cultural and socio-political current events of the country(s) represented by the language(s) the candidate is fluent in 

• Work experience in marketing, languages or technology and a BA or BS degree in any field considered a plus but not a requirement
