Support Engineer - Operations

Your impact
As an Infrastructure Technical Support Analyst you are mainly supporting our users at our Heerlen office. You will be responsible for: the second line IT support, preparing workstations for new joiners, replacing laptops, reporting hardware failures to the suppliers, carrying out simple hardware repairs/replacement, processing support requests and charging services to internal teams. 

Your background
Our ideal candidate:
• Has an (MBO) degree related to ICT administration and 0-3 years of working experience.  
• Is customer friendly, stress resistant, eager to learn, pragmatic and is able to work both in teams as indepently. 
• Is Microsoft Certified, most preferred on Windows 10, networking essentials or planning to get certification within next months and has an ITIL Foundation Certification or planning to get within short term 
• Has a Dutch car driver license B because is willing to work on different Accenture locations when necessary.
