 Job description

As an HR Career Advisor within the Talent Supply Chain team you will be responsible for one or more of our business units from which our consultants work on several client projects. For this business unit, you will be accountable for: 

  • Headcount planning of the business unit; you make forecasts on expected leavers and joiners and other movements of the pyramid. You work with your business leads and recruitment to determine which profiles recruitment will search for and you advice on when it is smartest to absorb those profiles; 
  • You will monitor and report on different HR-related KPI’s and advice the business you work for on how to keep those KPI’s in balance through corrective and anticipatory actions;
  • You will be responsible for coordinating to which projects the consultants in your business unit will go. You strive to make an ideal match between the available people and the skills that are needed on the projects, while at the same time making sure we have healthy people pyramids. To this end, you will need to understand the skills the consultants have, discuss their preferences and help balance what they are looking for with what’s available. You will support their development by helping identify the right learning opportunity needed to help build their specialization. 

All in all the role of HR Career Advisor is in the heart of Accenture. You will work closely with the management team of the business unit you are responsible for and with the rest the Supply and Demand team, your aproximately 11 direct colleagues in the Netherlands. Furthermore you will be in regular contact with several colleagues in our Geography (Belux, France and Mauritius).


Place in the organization

The Supply and Demand team is part of the Corporate Functions organization. Corporate Functions supports and manages our organization’s activities by providing shared corporate services, such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Legal, Procurement, Facilities & Services, and Marketing & Communications.


Qualifications 

  • You have successfully obtained a relevant Bachelor or Master degree and 1 or 2 years of working experience in the field of HR;
  • You get energized by building relationships with your stakeholders;
  • Team player with excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory);
  • High level of independency and motivation/drive;
  • Eager to learn and great analytical skills;
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Abilitty to work with Excel
