Job description

As a senior manager, you will provide guidance and consulting to our clients, design and implement solutions related to the Industrial Control Systems environment helping in the optimization and transformation of our clients’ security organization. This role would suit an experienced ICS security practitioner wishing to further develop their career, who embraces innovation and change and wishes to contribute to the development in this field.

Requirements
Candidates will have a control systems security background with relevant previous experience in a technical or consulting environment. Experience in the Energy domain is desirable.

 

The following experience is required for a successful candidate:

  • Have 10+ years of experience with industrial control system Cybersecurity, designing, maintaining and supporting Process Control Domain network infrastructures – e.g. CCNA, CCNP type qualifications.
  • Ability to analyze and suggest recommended improvements to the industrial control system configurations, applications, systems and networks to meet industry standards and best practices. Along with a good knowledge of networking gained in a hands-on environment.
  • Demonstrate industrial control systems (such as PLC, HMI, SCADA & DCS) and protocols (such as OPC, Modbus TCP, Melsec, HART, Foundation Fieldbus) experiences, both hands on and from a design perspective.
  • Demonstrate experience with security practices and technologies such as risk or vulnerability assessments, antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, centralised alert logging and monitoring etc. Able to author technical and non-technical documents, at varying levels of details (high and low levels).
  • Requires a comprehensive working knowledge of one or more of the following: IEC 62443/ISA 99, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82, CPNI Good Practice and previous exposure working with, protecting and administering critical industrial network infrastructures and demonstrable experience working with automation vendors such as ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell, Foxboro, Emerson, Yokogawa etc.
  • Proficient in driving and managing project contractual, financial, organizational, resources, and schedule demands. Able to generate estimates and work breakdown structure for team.

The following experience is preferred for a successful candidate:

  • Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other ICS or Cybersecurity Related Certification.
  • Experience in deploying security program at energy companies (Oil & Gas, Utilities, chemicals, mining).
  • Knowledge of multiple operating systems including Windows and Linux/UNIX and have hands on experience of carrying out at least basic system administrator functions.
  • Experience and skills in safety-related control systems, including a working knowledge of IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 Functional Safety Standards.
  • Experiences and skills in Securing Industrial Wireless Networks and Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT)
